  1. This act is applicable for factories & all commercial establishments employing 20 people or more.
  2. The existing Basic salary limit under the act  for Rs.15,000/-per month
  3. Employee contribution 12% Employer contribution 12 % & Admin charges 1%
  4. EPF contributions are due before the 15th of every month
  5. The scheme is implemented across all states in India
