Under Employees Provident Fund Act – 1952(PF)

Registration of new employees: -We will be generating a universal account number to your employees and thereby registering their names under P.F. Scheme & pension scheme
Preparation of Settlement forms:  - We will be preparing transfer forms, EPF loan forms in case of death, claiming for nominees and Settlement forms for the employees who quit employment.
We will be preparing monthly remittance challan by assessing the liability as per your salary, wages, any other documents maintained by you. We will also remit the challan in the bank in case required.
Liaison with respective authorities to resolve issues, if any, under the enactment
Conduct periodical compliance audit and submit a report.

Under Shops & Establishment Act – 1947

Periodically maintain records and registers under the enactment.
Prepare and submit periodical returns well before the deadline under the enactment.

Under Factories Act – 1948

Tamil Nadu Catering Establishment Rule 1959 Act
